Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, email info@matadoraparis.com with your order number and the subject line “RETURN.”

Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days. Items must be unworn, in original condition and full packaging.
Once received, please allow 4–5 business days for inspection before refund approval.
Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method (original shipping, duties, and VAT are non-refundable).
