Please, keep in mind we are a emerging small business, therefore handmade orchid flowers and handmade clothing pieces take 7-15 working days to be made before shipping. Thank you for your patience!
FOR ORDERS WITHIN FRANCE
Pieces can take from 7 to 15 days to be produced and then shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.
Shipping and all possible taxes are calculated and included on checkout.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.
We are not responsible for any stolen or loss packages.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Pieces can take from 7 to 15 days to be produced and then shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships.
International shipping rates vary by country. Please note the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by countries.
If the recipient does not pay for the fee upon shipment arrival, recipient will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fee that are incurred on the package with additional cost of returning the package back to our studio.
Our return policy is 7 Days from the day your order has been delivered to your door steps. In order to request return/exchanges, please email us at info@matadoraparis.com (mailto:info@matadoraparis.com)with your order number and the title “RETURN”. Please tell us why you would like to refund!
Let us know as well if you'd like a refund or if you would like the same product exchanged to be delivered to you.
We should respond to you shortly!
All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of request approval.
Be aware of these days because after this a return won’t be possible!
Please note that all garments go through a multi-step check-in process, which requires an additional 4-5 business days once return package is received.
We do not provide shipping labels for International returns. For International returns or exchanges - customer must cover the return shipping costs or can provide one on their end. We do not refund on custom duties, tax and VAT - please contact your local postal service. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
In order for us to process the refund - we will need to confirm the following once the order is returned back to the atelier.

For special custom and/or projects please contact us by e-mail with your idea and a bit of the backstory of your project, we would be thrilled to be part of this with you! Contact us with the title "CUSTOM PROJECT" at: info@matadoraparis.com(mailto:info@matadoraparis.com)
Communication is key! We will be in contact during the process, from the idea development, measurements and creative advices to fabric confirmation. Since we are a Paris based company, for custom pieces and special projects located in Paris, France, fittings are included for extra reassurance!
Shipping for special custom pieces must be covered by the customer: France, Europe or overseas. A pick-up is also possible in our studio located in Paris, France.
