Veridiana Teng is a Brazilian-born designer based in Paris, working at the intersection of fashion, performance, and identity. She first gained recognition through her freelance work designing for drag queens and burlesque artists, creating bold, body-conscious pieces that fused theatricality with exacting craftsmanship. Her early work defined her signature: sculptural silhouettes, sensual structure, and garments engineered to command presence.

 

She is the founder, designer, and artistic director of Matadora Paris, an emerging handcrafted slow-fashion label produced in Paris. The brand creates made-to-order statement pieces that merge gothic influence, old glamour, and contemporary edge ﹘shaped by dark romanticism, saturated color, and a fearless visual language.

 

Matadora Paris is rooted in transformation, performance, and the act of claiming space. She designs for those who dare.
